Aerobic- More than just Dancing

I never thought actually of joining and aerobic class but yesterday, a good old friend of mine stopped me at the penampang sport complex while burning the jogging track. She had been persuading me to join them but I was more of a jogging-guy.

We started with the stepping box and whoa, it's fun! I was a dancer before and the basics steps demonstrated were not that difficult to follow. In the closing act, we did the stretching starting with the legs, then the shoulder, then the back, to the thigh, to the buttock, the ab and lastly, we learnt the breathing technique.

It was really fun! To say that it was difficult, nope, but strength and agility wise, gosh, you have to try it yourself... (wink)

It's good to be back to dancing. I can't wait to join the group this Wednesday! And, I'm bringing my wife too...

Thanx Connie!!! See you there!

An Adventurous Assessment Affair

Today marked the second day of the meeting and briefing. Last week some friends and I discussed the ways to 'cut cost' as it is termed by the officers in Jabatan. This year is going to be adventurous for all the state assessors because all 11 of us will go to selected schools all over Sabah and I seriously believe that this time not just one teacher will do the 'thinkable' action which is missing in action everytime there is coordination and observation but 11 teachers plus (possibility is high) the principal and senior assistant for academic. The mentioned senior assistant has a big role to play starting this year because he has to send in reports, imagine all the assessments in the school to SPP!

Another good thing about this implementation is all 11 of us get to use the JPN Ninja car to travel around Sabah. This is fantastic. I can't wait to feel the joy and excitement being with friends in a Ninja car!!!
